Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ReConnected Mobile LLC (“Reconnected Mobile,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Reconnected Mobile prepaid wireless service and our websites at reconnectedmobile.com and reconnectedmobile.shop (the “Service”). Because we are a wireless provider, some of the information we handle is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), which has special protections under federal law — see Section 3.

1.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account & contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and the password and account PIN you choose (which we store only in a hashed, unreadable form).
- Service address — the physical address associated with your line, which is used for 911 emergency routing.
- Payment information — when you pay by card, your card details are collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number; we keep only a limited reference needed to recognize the payment.
- Number-transfer information — if you port a number in or out, information needed to complete the transfer, such as your other carrier’s account number and transfer PIN.
Information created by using the Service
- Device & line identifiers — your phone number and identifiers such as your SIM/eSIM number (ICCID), device identifier (IMEI), and network subscriber identifier (IMSI).
- Usage records — records of your use of the network, such as the numbers you call or text, dates, times and duration, data usage, roaming, and related network information. Much of this is CPNI (Section 3).
- Website & session data — login session tokens and similar technical data needed to keep you signed in and to keep your account secure.
Where the information comes from
We get information from you directly, from your use of the network and our websites, and from a few third parties — for example, from your prior carrier when you port a number in, and from fraud- and identity-verification services we use to protect your account.
Sensitive information
Some information we handle is treated as “sensitive” under state privacy laws — for example, your account password and PIN, your service address and emergency-call location, and the records of your calls and texts. We use this information only to provide, bill for, secure, and support your service and to meet legal requirements — not to infer characteristics about you and not for advertising.
2.How we use information
We use your information to: set up, provide, maintain, and bill for the Service; activate and manage your line and device; transfer numbers you ask us to; authenticate you and protect against fraud and unauthorized account changes; send you service messages and required notices (including security notices); provide customer support; comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and operate and improve the Service. We use the sensitive information described in Section 1 only for these purposes and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3.Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
As a wireless provider, we handle CPNI — information about the services you buy and how you use them, such as your plan, the numbers you call and text, and when and where you use the network. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules protect CPNI.
- We use CPNI to provide, bill, and support your service and to protect our network and customers.
- We do not sell your CPNI.
- To guard against account takeovers, when a sensitive change is made to your account — such as a SIM change, a service-address change, or a password or PIN change — we send a notice to the contact information on file so you can catch anything you did not authorize.
Using your CPNI for marketing
We may use your CPNI to tell you about services and offers related to the wireless service you already have. Before we use your CPNI to market anything outside your current service relationship, we will ask your permission first. You can say no — or change your mind later — at any time by contacting us; your choice stays in effect until you change it, and saying no will never affect the service you receive or what you pay.
5.Text messages & marketing choices
We send account and service text messages, such as renewal reminders, usage and grace-period warnings, security notices, and verification codes. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies with your account activity. Reply HELP for help or call us at 602-890-4572; reply STOP to any non-essential message to opt out (some messages, such as security and verification messages, are part of operating your account). If we ever ask you to opt in to promotional or marketing texts, that is always your choice — you do not have to agree to receive marketing messages to buy or keep your service — and you can opt out at any time.
6.How we protect information & data breaches
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including:
- Encrypting sensitive personal information — such as your name and your 911 service address — while it is stored;
- Storing your password and account PIN only as a one-way hash, never in readable form;
- Keeping card data out of our systems by having Stripe handle it directly; and
- Logging access to customer records so that access can be reviewed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help us by keeping your password and PIN confidential and telling us right away about any suspected unauthorized use.
If there is a data breach. If we determine that your personal information or CPNI has been accessed or disclosed without authorization, we will notify you and the appropriate government authorities — including the FCC and federal law-enforcement agencies — as and when the law requires and without unreasonable delay, and we will tell you what happened and what you can do.
7.How long we keep information
How long we keep each type of information depends on why we have it. For example: account and contact information is kept while your line is active and for a limited period afterward for billing, tax, and dispute purposes; network usage records (CPNI) are kept for the period required or permitted by law; and payment references are kept as long as needed to reconcile and refund transactions. In general, we keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, regulatory, billing, and dispute-resolution obligations, and to prevent fraud.
When an account is closed, we generally retire it rather than delete it outright — keeping a limited record — so that we can meet regulatory, billing-reconciliation, and legal requirements and prevent a phone number or account from being misused. When you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except for these limited retired-account records and anything else the law lets us keep, and we reduce what we retain to what is reasonably necessary.
8.911 & location information
We maintain the service address you give us so that 911 calls can be routed to the correct emergency responders, and we may share it with emergency-service providers and their systems for that purpose. When you place an emergency call, the underlying network may also generate location information used to route and handle that call. Please keep your service address current in your account — see our Terms of Service for important limitations on 911 service.
9.Children & minors
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
10.Your choices & rights
You can view and update much of your account information, including your service address, by signing in to your account. You may also ask us to restrict the use of your CPNI for marketing (Section 3) and opt out of non-essential or marketing texts (Section 5).
Privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy of the information you gave us; and opt out of the sale of your information, “sharing” for targeted advertising, or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects. As described above, we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar signal, we already handle your information consistently with that.
How to exercise your rights
To make a request, call us at 602-890-4572 or email us at the privacy address below. We will confirm we received your request and respond within 45 days; if we need more time — up to another 45 days — we will let you know. To protect your account, we will verify your identity before we act, usually by confirming information already on your account. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of your permission and may still verify your identity. Exercising a right will not cause us to deny you service or charge you a different price.
Appeals
If we deny your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision by contacting us at the email or address below within a reasonable time and writing “privacy appeal” in your message. We will respond to your appeal, and explain our reasons, within 45 days (or up to 60 days for a complex appeal, and we will tell you if we need the extra time). If we deny your appeal, your state may allow you to complain to your Attorney General.
If you need this policy or your information in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide one.
11.Other sites
Our Service may link to sites or services we do not operate, including our payment processor. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
13.Contact us
