Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ReConnected Mobile LLC (“Reconnected Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the Reconnected Mobile prepaid wireless service and the websites at reconnectedmobile.com and reconnectedmobile.shop (together, the “Service”). By activating a line, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Section 17 contains a dispute-resolution provision that affects how claims are resolved.

1.Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to open an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate. The Service is offered only in the United States.
2.Electronic communications & consent
You agree to do business with us electronically. You agree to receive these Terms, our Privacy Policy, disclosures, receipts, and legal and service notices from us electronically — by email or text message to the address or number on file, or by posting in your account or on our websites — and you agree that these electronic records satisfy any law that requires such communications to be in writing. To access and keep these records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a working email address or text-capable phone number. You may withdraw your consent to electronic records, or ask for a paper copy, by contacting us; if you withdraw consent we may not be able to continue providing the Service. Please keep your contact information current so our notices reach you.
3.The Service, coverage & roaming
Reconnected Mobile is a prepaid wireless service. Voice, text, and data are carried over a nationwide network we access through a wholesale partner; coverage, network technology, speeds, and available features depend on that underlying network and on your device and location. We may add, change, or discontinue plans, features, rates, or network capabilities at any time. The Service is not guaranteed to be available everywhere or at all times.
Some areas are reached only through off-network roaming, which may be limited or unavailable, and heavy or primarily-roaming use may be restricted. International calling, texting, and roaming may be unavailable or may cost extra; please check the current terms before traveling or calling internationally.
4.Your account, PIN & password
You are responsible for keeping your account password and account PIN confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Your account PIN is also used to authorize sensitive actions (such as changing your service address or transferring your number), so treat it like a key. Tell us right away if you believe your account, password, PIN, SIM, or device has been lost, stolen, or used without your permission.
An account may have one or more owners (the people who set the account up) and managers they authorize to make changes. You are responsible for the actions of everyone you allow to access your account.
5.Plans, billing, AutoPay & renewal
Service is prepaid: you pay for a plan before the service period it covers, and your plan renews on its renewal date.
AutoPay is a recurring charge
When you turn on AutoPay, you are agreeing to a recurring charge: we will automatically charge your saved payment method the then-current price of your plan plus any add-ons, taxes, and fees on each renewal date, and your plan will keep renewing for successive service periods until you cancel. We show these terms and ask for your agreement at the moment you turn AutoPay on. You can cancel AutoPay or your plan at any time — as easily as you turned it on — in your account settings online, without having to call or speak to anyone; you may also cancel by calling or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect before your next renewal date as long as you cancel before that date.
Prices, refunds, taxes & 911 surcharges
Prices, plans, and fees may change; we will make current pricing available before you buy or renew. Prepaid plan charges pay for a full service period in advance and are not prorated — if you cancel or your line is deactivated partway through a period, we do not refund the unused portion, and any remaining prepaid balance is forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise. Where a refund is required by law, we issue it to your original payment method.
Your price may include, or we may add, government taxes and fees and a state or local 911 surcharge that we are required to collect and pass on to the government. Any charge we label a tax or government fee is one the government requires — it is separate from what we charge for the Service itself. We will show applicable taxes and fees before you buy or renew, and we collect and remit prepaid 911 surcharges as Arizona and your locality require.
If a renewal payment does not go through, your line may be suspended and, after a grace period, deactivated — which can cause you to lose your phone number. See Section 13.
6.Payments
Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered into a field served by Stripe and is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards; Reconnected Mobile does not receive or store your full card number. You authorize the charges you approve, including recurring AutoPay charges you enable. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
7.Number transfers (porting)
You may ask us to transfer (“port”) an existing phone number to Reconnected Mobile, or to transfer your Reconnected Mobile number to another carrier. To protect you, transfers require verifying information such as your account number and account PIN or ZIP code. We cannot guarantee that any transfer will succeed or how long it will take, because it depends on the other carrier and on the information matching. You authorize us to exchange the information needed to complete a transfer you request. We will not refuse to release your number just because you have an unpaid balance, and we will give you the account number and transfer PIN you need to port out when you ask.
8.SIMs, eSIMs, devices & unlocking
Service requires a compatible SIM or eSIM and a compatible device. You are responsible for your device and for any device identifiers associated with your line. A SIM or eSIM we provide remains part of the Service and is assigned to your line. If your device is lost or stolen, report it so we can suspend the line. We are not responsible for a device that is incompatible, damaged, or not working as you expect.
Unlocking a phone you buy from us
If you buy a phone from us that is locked to our network, you can ask us to unlock it. We will unlock it — or give you what you need to unlock it — once it has been active on our service for [12 months], as long as it was paid for in full and has not been reported lost, stolen, or associated with fraud. We answer unlock requests within [two business days], and we do not charge you to unlock a phone you are eligible to unlock. Active-duty military members with deployment orders can ask us to unlock a device sooner. A phone you bring from another carrier may be locked by that carrier — you will need to ask them to unlock it.
9.Acceptable use & network management
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights; send spam, unlawful robocalls, or fraudulent or deceptive messages; interfere with or abuse the network; resell the Service or use it other than as a normal end user; use it in a way that unreasonably burdens the network; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate service, or take other action, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the network or other customers.
To keep the network working well for everyone, your data may at times be prioritized behind other customers’ traffic (for example, during congestion), and we may use reasonable network-management practices. These practices are part of normal operation and are separate from any enforcement action above.
10.Text messages you receive
When you sign up, you agree that we may send you text messages related to your account and service — for example, renewal reminders, data-usage or grace-period warnings, security notices, and verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your account activity.
Reply HELP at any time for help, or call us at 602-890-4572. Reply STOP to any non-essential message to opt out; you may still receive security and verification messages needed to operate your account, and you can also manage texts in your account settings. If we ever ask you to opt in to promotional or marketing texts, that is always your choice — you do not have to agree to receive marketing messages to buy or keep your service. Neither Reconnected Mobile nor the underlying wireless carrier is liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
11.911 & emergency services
Important — please read. 911 emergency calling works differently from traditional landline phones. Emergency responders are routed based in part on the service address you give us and on information from the underlying network. You must keep your service address accurate and up to date at all times — you can change it in your account. If your address is wrong or out of date, or if you place a 911 call while roaming, using Wi-Fi calling, or away from your registered address, emergency responders may be delayed or sent to the wrong location. Service also will not work for 911 if your device has no power, no signal, or no active service. You accept these limitations.
Emergency alerts. Government Wireless Emergency Alerts (such as AMBER Alerts and severe-weather warnings) are delivered over the underlying network to alert-capable devices. Whether you receive them depends on your device, its settings, and your location; not all devices support them.
12.Accessibility & relay calling
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, you can reach 911 and everyday numbers through Telecommunications Relay Service — just dial 711 to connect through a relay operator at no extra charge. Many phones we sell carry a hearing-aid-compatibility (HAC) rating; ask us and we will share the rating for a specific model before you buy. If you need these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your account information in an accessible format such as large print, contact us and we will provide one.
13.Suspension, cancellation & keeping your number
We may suspend or terminate your Service for non-payment, for violating these Terms or the law, or as needed to protect the network or others. You may cancel at any time by contacting us or through your account.
Keeping your phone number. If a renewal payment fails, your line is suspended and enters a grace period. If you do not pay before the grace period ends, your line is deactivated and your phone number may be released back to the network and reassigned to someone else. Once a number is released we cannot recover it — so if you want to keep it, pay before the grace period ends, or port it to another carrier while your line is still active. When service ends you may also lose any unused prepaid balance, except where the law requires otherwise.
The following sections survive termination of your account: Sections 6 (Payments, for amounts owed), 14 (Disclaimers), 15 (Limitation of liability), 16 (Indemnification), 17 (Dispute resolution), 18 (General provisions), and 19 (Governing law), along with any other provision that by its nature should survive.
14.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that coverage will be available in any particular place. Coverage, speeds, and features depend on the underlying network, your device, and conditions outside our control. Where the law does not allow us to exclude an implied warranty, that warranty is limited to the shortest period the law allows.
15.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reconnected Mobile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the [three (3) months] before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
16.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reconnected Mobile and its owners, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.
17.Dispute resolution
Talk to us first
We want to resolve any concern quickly. Before starting a formal proceeding, you and Reconnected Mobile agree to first send the other a written Notice of Dispute (to the address in Section 21, or to the contact information on file for you) describing the problem and the relief you want, and to try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days.
Binding arbitration — to be finalized with counsel before publishing. Many wireless providers require that unresolved disputes be resolved by binding individual arbitration and include a class-action and jury-trial waiver. Whether to include such a clause, and its exact wording, provider, cost allocation, and opt-out mechanism, is a legal decision. The draft structure below shows every element such a clause must contain; the bracketed items must be set by counsel.
If you and we cannot resolve a dispute within 60 days, you and we agree that any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER] under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitrator decides all issues, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. YOU AND RECONNECTED MOBILE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION; claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. We will pay arbitration filing and arbitrator fees as required by the provider’s rules and applicable law. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending us written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, at [OPT-OUT ADDRESS]; opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this arbitration provision does not apply to that claim.
Regulators
You may also contact the Federal Communications Commission (fcc.gov/complaints), the Arizona Attorney General or the Attorney General in your state, or the Better Business Bureau. These options are in addition to any other rights you have.
18.General provisions
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited or removed only to the least extent necessary.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan terms or pricing we show you at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreements on that subject.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
Force majeure. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, severe weather, outages or failures of the underlying network or other third parties, power or internet failures, labor disputes, government actions, or emergencies.
Notices. We may give you legal and service notices by email or text to the address or number on file, or by posting them in your account or on our websites; a notice is considered given when sent or posted. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current. To give us a legal notice, write to us at the mailing address or support email in Section 21.
19.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except as provided in Section 17, the state and federal courts located in [Maricopa County], Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
20.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where required, give you notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
